Bachelor's degree focused on digital media & comunication aesthectics, as well as cognitive ergonomics and usability principles. We also focused in front and back-end development for web and mobile applications.
I went on Erasmus and I studied digital media units like Communication Design, Designing Interactive Content, Mobile Applications, Editing for Film and Video, Digital Photography and Shooting Techniques. This experience helped me to improve foreign languages and to create contacts with people from differents backgrounds.
Abaca is a web app that helps taking frustration out of raising capital by providing a common language for founders and investors, a picture of where a company stands now and a roadmap for where to go next.

MyCheff is an app developed by my own during my exchange programme, in Portsmouth (UK). It was developed for the Mobile Application unit.
Basically it is an application that allows people (the users) to look for someone who can cook (a certificate cook or someone who considers himself a cook) in the user’s home, where they can personalize their search in terms of the service that they are looking for (just cooking service or all catering service) and number of people for whom cooking. After the choices made, the user has access to a cooks list (according to user’s choices) where they have access to things like where is the cook from, the price per person and the food type. After choosing one of the chefs, users can see information about them and about the meal that they are offering with their services, and contact them if they really want to book them

Are you able?, in portuguese Apto(?) is a short film created for the Digital Dynamic Image unit, through the New Comunication Technologies bachelor degree. It was created together with 3 of my university collegues: Paula Pires, Reinaldo Simões and Pedro Mealha. It happened in 2015.
Cinderella Man is a creative reinterpretation of a classic romantic movie. This was the main goal of this contest (sponsored by Control Portugal). The most creative won a trip for 2 people to Hollywood. The next 5 more original, won a GoPro Hero 5. My participation was one of the 5 GoPro winners. It happened in February 2017.
Soa-te bem? is a creative interpretation of Killimanjaro song called "December". It was one of the 5 winners of a WTF (telephone operator that belongs to NOS telecommunication company) contest. I participate in this contest with a frind of mine, during my exchange programme (yes, lots of free time and willingness to win some new challenges). The most 4 original and creative interpretations, were awarded with an iPhone 7. We were one of them. It happened in January 2017.

Island City is a photography magazine created during my exchange programme in the University of Portsmouth, UK. This project was created for the Digital Photography unit. I did my shoots according to what people left in and outside some Southesea Coffees in Portsmouth. I chose this theme for this work because I really liked what I found inside the cafe, when people simply leave it after spending some time there. Near the door, outside the cafe, I found other things that make me create some good shoots as well. Southsea Coffee has a really good decoration and environment, which helped me creating good shoot compositions.
Wheelify is a web app project developed together with 3 of my university collegues: Pedro Mealha, Paula Pires and Reinaldo Simões. It was designed and devoloped during my 2nd year, along the degree in New Communication Technologies.
Basically, it is a web app that delivers the idea of bike sharing in a whole new perspective. By using our web app, the registered users can rent bikes and share their own, with the purpose of promoting sustainable mobility and making explorations on another location a breeze.

The main goal of Nectar application is to bring Aveiro's University community together at the table, especially over lunch. This is a collaborative project with the University of Aveiro, aiming to promote social, professional, and academic relationships while people enjoy their food. Nectar aims to promote the sharing of social capital within the Institution.

This self portrait was created for the Diptych assignment during my exchange programme in UK. It's a simple and naturalist portrait using the double exposure technique and at the same time it shows some personal objets that represents me, helping me to create an interesting diptych.
Oranzi is a marketplace which brings together farmers and consumers in a virtual place. There, consumers can buy fresh products (fruits or vegetables) directly to the farmer. It's one of the winner projects from the 1st edition of StartUp Voucher.
The StartUP Voucher is one of the measures of StartUP Portugal - National Strategy for Entrepreneurship, which stimulates the development of entrepreneurial projects that are assembled in an idea phase, promoted by young people aged between 18 and 35 years, through various support made available over a period of up to 12 months of preparation of the business project.
